3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one account with e688. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). e688 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to provide all documents and information reasonably requested by e688 for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (NRIC, passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
3.4 Verification Delays. e688 may place temporary restrictions on account functionality — including withdrawal processing — pending completion of KYC verification. e688 will not be liable for any delays attributable to a player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your e688 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to closure.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e688 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
4.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. e688 will treat any action taken using your credentials as an action taken by you.
4.3 You must notify e688 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. e688 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate security practices.
4.4 e688 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from e688 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at e688 is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and payment method selected.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. e688 accepts deposits via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, FPX Bank Transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Available payment methods may change from time to time at e688's discretion.
5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards issued in another person's name, or other sources not owned or controlled by you are prohibited.
5.4 No Interest. e688 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits are held for the purpose of gaming activity only and are not investment instruments.
5.5 Declined Transactions. e688 is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with any transaction. If a deposit is declined by your bank, contact your bank directly.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at e688 is RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per day, week, or month depending on account level and payment method.
6.2 Same Method Rule. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with AML best practices. e688 may request additional verification before approving withdrawals to new payment methods.
6.3 Processing Time. e688 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing delays.
6.4 Verification Requirement. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. e688 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving a withdrawal request, including source of funds verification for large amounts.
6.5 Pending Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals will not be processed if any active bonus is subject to outstanding wagering requirements. The player must either complete the wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus before withdrawal will be permitted.
6.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. e688 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to prior notice being provided to the registered email address.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers provided by e688 are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on the promotion page.
7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. e688 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from those bonuses, and suspend or close any account where bonus abuse is detected. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: use of multiple accounts, use of another person's payment method, placing low-risk bets designed solely to complete wagering requirements, and collusion with other players.
7.5 Modification or Withdrawal. e688 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account will not be affected by modification or withdrawal of the promotion unless the modification is required by regulatory obligation.
8.1 All casino games available on e688 are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games at e688 use certified random number generators. RNG certificates are maintained by the game providers and are available from those providers on request.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. 12.3 e688's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 e688 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication unless stated otherwise.
13.2 Where a change is material, e688 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and request account closure.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e688 holds its gaming licence. The application of any conflict-of-laws rules that would result in the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction is expressly excluded.
